How We Ship Things
Order online and have it shipped to our store or directly to you! We’ve got different shipping solutions to make sure you get your items in the most convenient and cost-effective way possible.
We don’t charge to have your items shipped to us, so you can come pick up your purchase at your convenience. Stop in during store hours and ask one of our team members about your shipment. We’ll grab it quickly and help make sure it gets to your car safely.
The Do It Best truck drops off shipments on Wednesday mornings. Stop by any time in the afternoon or later in the week whenever works best for you.
For orders going directly to you, we charge a shipping fee to cover the cost of delivery to ensure your packages arrive in a timely and safe manner.

- When you browse our online store, you’ll find a mix of items stocked locally at Carlisle Hardware and additional products available through Do It Best’s extensive catalog.
- Items from Carlisle Hardware are stocked locally and can be picked up or delivered quickly within the community.
- Items from Do It Best are sourced from their extensive warehouse system and shipped directly to you or to our store for pickup.

Shipping to Our Store
- Exempting holidays, our shipping truck delivers online orders on Wednesdays.
- Depending on the size of the truck, orders are usually ready for pick up by 1pm.
- All orders made before Monday at 6pm will arrive Wednesday that same week.
